Sweater & Skirt: Zara, Shirt: Ralph Lauren, Shoes: Nine West
I'm home for the weekend, but I wanted to get this outfit from Thursday up. I saw this skirt at the beginning of April in Zara and fell in love with it - it seems I can't resist a colorful skirt. While I'm generally unsure about monochromatic outfits, recently I've seen some outfits with different shades of the same color that looked pretty appealing. So, I decided to try it out myself. I tempered my two different shades of pink with a white sweater - to distract from the shades not matching - and added white socks with pink polka dots. Maybe next time I'll have the confidence to wear all that color without any intermediary.
Such a preppy girl! I went through an insane prep phrase two years ago. Blair Waldorf ruled my decisions :D
