Shirt: Old Navy, Skirt & Shoes: H&M, Necklace: Gift
I had a lovely weekend at home, but of course now I'm back in New York and back to work. One of the perks of going home (apart from wonderful food, spending time with my parents and sleeping in my own bed in my big bedroom) is getting laundry done. My mother was nice enough to do all the laundry that needed to air dry, which ended up taking up about six drying racks out on our back deck. Coming back to the city with all that clean laundry was the best, though. My clothing rack is full again and I don't have to worry about whether things are wearable - because they all are. This skirt was one of those things that was wearable again, after spending some time in a pile of dirty clothes at the end of my (aero)bed. I brought the shoes back with me. I bought them in the winter at H&M in Chicago and this is one of the first times I've worn them. I also brought the necklace back with me. It (and its matching earrings) were a birthday gift from my mom. I got my birthday jewelry wish after all.
That skirt is gorgeous!! I think I'm going to spend my morning scouting for one just like it! Thanks for the inspiration!
