The Life Rhapsodic

When I first saw this spread in the March issue of Vogue, I had some mixed feelings about it. Of course I love that fashion magazines are using more black models. But a lot of times they're all in one editorial together or if they're in an editorial with models of other races/ethnicity, they're all put together on one page. Why aren't they just mixed in throughout?
But then, I really can't hate on an editorial that features and celebrates the beauty of black models and black men. And this editorial is gorgeous. Plus, if they were to mix them in, I'm pretty sure there's no way they would have used this many black models in one issue. Like I said, mixed feelings. But no mixed feelings about how strikingly beautiful all these women are.
