One of the collections that I found to be really interesting, not to mention pretty and feminine and completely covet-worthy, was Cynthia Rowley's collection that featured soft colors and laser-cut details. While not all of it was to my liking, I found the pieces that had perfect circles cut out of them to be really intriguing. Somehow it's both demure and revealing at the same time.
With my love of those pieces in mind, I was thrilled to see that Urban Outfitters has a cute laser-cut skirt of their own. Sure it's not slightly saucy circles, but it is red, and that counts for a lot.
Can't you just imagine it with a crisp blouse and a navy blazer? Or a slouchy t-shirt and a denim jacket? Or any number of outfit combinations? The moral of this story is that I want that skirt, and to wear it with everything I own.
