Jacket, Tights, Socks & Boots: Target, Sweater: Gap, Dress: H&M

This quarter I've got it good - no class on Fridays! This week, I decided to take advantage of that fact with a trip downtown into Chicago to do a little shopping on Michigan Ave. Even though I was popping in and out of stores, I had to dress for the weather - high 21 and a chance of snow. I think this is one of the most knit-heavy outfits I've ever worn - sweater over a sweater dress over sweater tights, with knee socks, a scarf and a knit hat (not pictured) as well - I'm a poster child for knits(and, clearly, Target). It paid off, too. I actually got too warm and ditched my sweater in one of my shopping bags. Even though the leather and fur are both faux in my jacket, it's surprisingly warm. I fended off blowing snow and chilly winds and I'm no worse for wear. I'll be showing off what I bought soon - I got some great stuff.
