Just Clowning Around

Blazer: Forever 21, Dress: Target, Tights: We Love Colors, Booties: ModCloth

I have to admit, I felt a little clownish with my bright red tights and big flower on my lapel (made by my super talented sister). It was worse after I would come in from the cold with a bright red nose too, but I think the rest of my outfit was subdued enough that no one's going to ask me to start juggling or anything. I got the dress at Target while I was home. I got rid of a shirtdress over the summer and was lamenting it while home for Thanksgiving. Luckily I think this one is just as cute and it wrinkles a lot less easily, which was my main problem with the other dress. I can't wait til it's warm enough to wear it without tights, but for now I'll settle with making it a part of my layer-heavy winter wardrobe. As I was getting dressed this morning I was thinking about a part in True Prep (yeah, that again) that said how all preps, no matter gender or age, own at least one blue blazer. I remember reading it on Christmas afternoon and thinking, "check."
