This is what I wish I wore today:
I had one of those moments on Friday where I knew the shopping gods were smiling down on me. I was in the Forever 21 in Water Tower Place, killing time before I had to go back outside in the wind and snow to catch the shuttle back to school. I was looking at accessories and sort of idly browsing when I spotted these shoes. I first spotted a variant of these shoes over the summer while shopping with my mom. I didn't buy them and then regretted it when they quickly sold out online, due to their resemblance to the coveted Miu Miu platforms. Seeing different bloggers wearing the shoes made me regret not snatching them up when I got the chance, since they are truly very cute. But I spotted them on Friday and quickly made my way over to them, believing that while I had the good fortune to spot them, that there was no way that they would be in my size. But they were. And now I'm their happy owner. I don't yet have the courage to wear them to class (they're almost 6 inches!), but just you wait.
