Home for the Holidays

Please forgive my silence. The end of finals week always means a whirlwind of studying and packing and now that I'm home I can finally relax help my mom put up all the Christmas decorations. I've already had one of my holiday celebrations though, earlier this week with my roommate and another one of my friends. I was feeling festive so I dressed up a little

Dress: H&M, Jacket: Forever 21, Tights: Old Navy, Boots: Ugg, Gloves: H&M

I had to pair my dress and tights with my snow boots to deal with icy sidewalks. I think the rest of my outfit went well together from the green tights to the red bow to the candy cane earrings I feel obligated to bring out every year around this time. I've been getting into the holiday mood by listening to carols all week and now that I'm home and the house is starting to be decorated, well...it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
