I'm back. And basking in the sun and warmth of late December. I'm only half joking - temperatures in the 40s feel almost like a heat wave to me due to my winter conditioning in the great white north. Speaking of great white, we missed the snow that was north and south of us much to my dismay. I was really hoping for some quality winter weather while home, but I guess I'll settle for being comfortable outside without a parka on. I had a relaxing Christmas weekend - more posts about various gifts to come - and now I'm enjoying my last few days at home (sob) by seeing friends and relaxing at home. While outside I noticed that my shirt matched our Weber kettle. Maybe I should start trying to match appliances in my house. We do have a nice red toaster...
