Shirt: Old Navy, Skirt: Modern Amusement via Gilt, tights: Old Navy, shoes (top): LL Bean, shoes (bottom): Aldo
Those LL Bean flats are really a blessing in the rain. On my way between two meetings, I changed out of my platforms and into my flats and looked no less put together. When I showed my male friends they were surprised that I had cute rain shoes as well. I'm slowly but surely breaking in the platforms. I was a little worried on vacation because I wore them one night and rolled my ankle twice. I've attributed that to my ankles being unnaturally roll-y (which they are) and worked on wearing the shoes without injuring myself. I succeeded tonight, which bodes well for the future.

Change clothes (er, shoes) and go
Due to differing weather circumstances (Oh man, I feel like an old lady all the time because all I talk about is the weather. But I swear I think about more interesting things) I ended up wearing three pairs of shoes today. One when it was warm and sunny during the day, one when it was a little chillier at night and one when it was pouring rain. I took pictures in two, mostly because I didn't want to have to take off my tights in the basement for a picture. Also, my bag didn't have enough room.
