I'm getting tired of the cold and all the layers I have to wear to go outside. We're supposed to get some weather in the 40s this week which sounds downright tropical to me at this point. Everyday I check the weather in South Padre Island where my friends and I will be spending a few days at the beach over spring break. Reports of 70 degree weather there makes my heart yearn for it, my face long for the feel of sunshine and my toes crave the feeling of sand. To cheer myself up a little bit, I decided to give myself a sunny manicure. Pink and yellow together make me think of beach umbrellas and I'll carry that thought with me while I finish out my classes.
