The Final Countdown

Today was a busy day, hence the lack of earlier post. Tomorrow is the last day of classes for which I could not be happier. I'm ready for a bit of a rest. Unfortunately, that rest won't really come until two weeks from now - I'll be done at 8:30 pm on the 18th after which I will promptly go to bed so that I can wake up early to fly home. This morning I threw on this outfit in a lethargic daze - my phone, which doubles as my alarm, ran out of battery and the sound of it powering down awoke me from my slumber at 6:50. I fumbled around for my charger so that I could go back to sleep, but f course the spell had been broken. When I got up for real, I was not in the mood to think about what I was going to wear so I just stared at my closet for a few minutes before grabbing a few things and throwing them on in the ten minutes I had to get dressed. A cup of coffee later I was ready for the day and managed to get through the last of my tuesday/thursday class lectures without passing out. I'm so ready for spring break.I decided to dance out a little of the stress. The skirt on this dress is so swingy and fun - good when dancing, not so good while walking around campus on a windy day. And today the lamp graveyard had a new addition - an abandoned desk chair. I wonder where it came from, since all the chairs in the dorms are wooden.
