Last night it snowed! I love when it snows overnight and waking up to a beautiful blanket of white. Unfortunately, the blanket wasn't complete - not enough snow to cover everything, but it was pretty nonetheless. My friend and I went to the student center for lunch so that we could look at the snow near the lake.
last night I also made wintry treats - s'mores (in the microwave). I already had the marshmallows and the graham crackers, so I bought some chocolate from the c-store. I love s'mores. And while I'd prefer they be fire-toasted marshmallows, when you're in the dorm, microwave is just as good.
Finally, to welcome the snow, I wore a dress that I bought earlier this year that I hadn't worn before. I bought this dress because it reminded me of some of the Miu Miu spring 2008 dresses. I loved the ads from that season with Kirsten Dunst. It reminded me of Alice in Wonderland, which I've mentioned many times as one of my favorites. Here's the dress it reminds me of:

My dress is black, and longer, with fewer stripes, but something about it still evokes the image of the miu miu dress in my head. I wore it over a long-sleeved tshirt due to the cold, with my winter boots due to the snow. I was excited to wear the dress, especially with my matching outerwear.

Hanna, the dress is great with the red and purple zigzag on black. Nice red overcoat, too, I like the whole ensemble. Inspired. thanks for sharing.
