Cold as Ice

Though the snow was beautiful this morning, the weather turned nasty later in the day as temperatures rose above freezing. The snow became wet and heavy and the winds picked up, meaning it was impossible to escape a good soaking snow shower. I dressed for inside today though, as the only times I went out were for a review session and dinner. Once again I wore something that I hadn't worn before - the jacket I'm wearing was purchased on the same trip as the dress I wore yesterday. I was unsure about it for a while. I had a hard time deciding if I had made the right choice with the ruffly collar. I've decided I like it though - I think it adds a nice touch. I decided to add color with some red tights and purple shoes - same color palette as yesterday, but done a little differently.
